Event Booking Policy

To secure a booking for your event, please review the following terms:

1. General Booking Requirements

• All event bookings must be confirmed in writing.

• A booking is not considered final until all required deposits and agreements are received.

2. Canteen or Coffee Trailer Setup

• If you require a canteen or coffee trailer at your event, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.

• This deposit will be fully refunded after the event, provided that sales from the canteen or coffee trailer meet or exceed the deposit amount.

• If sales do not meet the deposit threshold, the difference will be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund Process

• The refund will be processed within 14 days following the conclusion of the event.

• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If the event is canceled by the organizer, the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the notice period provided.

• If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the deposit may be forfeited to cover incurred costs.

Hi and welcome to our FAQ's (Frequently Asked Question's) Section or as I like to call it Your FACT CHECK section - Here are a few of the repeat offenders ... 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

Yep we know we have moved around a little bit in our 5 years of Trading. But we are definitely still trading... and we update our Facebook and Instagram pages almost Daily.. BUT  If you last seen us at the Arcade Carpark Markets that may have been 9 years ago and you are in need of a refill. If you last seen us at Talford Street, that was 7 years ago you also need a top up. Berserker Street was now 5 years ago and Alma street was September 2020 when we were last there so you also need to come see us..

we were doing a stint at the markets .., but that’s not working out for us.. so for now we are online delivery with pick up option announced on our Socials

Where can I get my jars refilled now that you have moved? We are offering a pick up and drop off service please email :) 

What are your opening hours? Online.. 24/7 .. ) other days? Not yet.. best option is to follow our facebook or instagram pages for updates or come see us at the markets and hopefully we can have a chat.. 

Do you deliver?  We sure do. Simply order online and choose your shipping/delivery options available to your location. 

Do you have product xyz? We update our website as soon as something is out of stock. If you search on our website and it doesn't come up it means its out of stock or we don't stock it. IF you are after 5kg min of something we can always special order it in on our next order. 

How often do you get stock in? We generally place orders monthly. 

Are all of your products Organic? Nope.. And we don't claim to be 100% organic never have as that restricts us as to what we can get in bulk package free options. We do however try and get as organic as possible, Australian were possible and our cleaning and storage of items is toxic Chemical Free. Sometimes an organic option is 3 times the price and not Australian so we opt for an Australian Insecticide Free option for our customers. We also Lable everything accordingly If you wish to know the Organic Certification on something we can certainly obtain that for you on request from our Trusted Suppliers. We choose to serve Organic Coffee with Organic Milk options because its just better. 

Do you have organic fruit and vegetables? Not any more although from time to time we may be approached by farmers wanting to sell their goods through us and that will be announced on our Facebook or Instagram pages or newsletter..  we can certainly recommend a few options to you though ..

OF course there are many great chemical free locally grown options at the Rocky RaceCourse Markets every Sunday thats well worth a look before you get from the others.

Dark Chocolate Recipe!

80g cacao butter
50g cacao powder
50 g sweetener (I use liquid so easier to mix in - maple syrup, coconut nectar, rice syrup)

Melt cacao butter over medium heat in double boiler (bowl on pot with water) or 37 degrees speed 2 in your Thermo

Once fully melted add in sweetener (make sure it’s a room temp of cacao butter will start to set 😕

Once mixed in remove from heat and mix in cacao powder with whisk (I forgot what it was called for a second)

Set in your chocolate forms of choice or a big baking paper lined tray - add flavours off stuffs of choice (roasted coconut, goji, maple roasted nuts) in the freezer boom chocolate!

The dairy free “milk chocolate” option - halve the cacao powder make it up with coconut milk power - a good fifty-fifty ratio! Make sure you mix it together in the blender first as its gets separated otherwise - Get clever and add some carob powder and coconut oil to your mix too you won’t be disappointed (that really expensive Pana chocolate taste)

Grate chop or smash for cake decorating like a pro

If you wish to secure the online price place your order online.In store prices are generally the same (unless on sale) but all prices are subject to change due to the nature of the business that is Bulk buying. We will honour prices on our website through online orders or in store with what is labelled but not online prices in store and vice versa.When bringing your own containers to refill That Wholefood Place takes no responsibility for the state they are in! If your food is contaminated because of the state of your containers or how you choose to store it we will not refund unless we can see it is our fault (stock in store is faulty). ​​

GIFT CARDS

Purchased online are for online only. We can however set you up with one for in store just send us an email.

Local delivery will be attempted once only if you fail to have a suitable location for drop off or have a dog we will not leave the order. Please use notes section to provide clear instructions for delivery options.
